Bodum Manual Milk Frother

I think this is one of my favorite discoveries. Create café quality frothed milk for your favorite morning coffee or evening cocktail. Check below for directions on creating the best frothed milk

Directions:

1. Fill carafe to the max line with your favorite milk (dairy, soy, alternative)

2. Heat milk in the microwave for 1.5 minutes or over an electric stove top, swirling regularly until lightly steaming (do not use on gas flame stoves)

3. Pump 90 times and allow to settle. The milk will have separated into milk, smooth cream and froth. Always discard the top layer of froth to yield the best texture.
