The patented NanoBond surface is 4x harder than stainless steel, making it almost impossible to stain or scratch.

You’ll frequently see Chef Tim using the titanium saucepans in our Forno Piombo wood fire oven. These are fabulous for everything from reducing sauces, braising, boiling grains, grits and other sides. Due to the performance of these titanium stainless steel saucepans under extremely high heat (safe up to 1050ºF, or 565ºC), these are the only pots we rely on when cooking in the pizza oven.
